No information through phone that the hotel was closed
I frustrated because no email or SMS were received from Asiarooms or Hotel about their closure on the date of my reservation due to water facilities had problem.
Eventhough I got another room at another hotel, but they were not arranging earlier for cancellation of my booking and preparing several hotel with details information such as charges per night and condition of the room for us to choose.

The room price is cheap and the room condition is quite clean.
But I am not satisfied with their service in the sense that they did not take a look at the room before they gave it to the guest.
When my husband and me arrived, the room was not ready although we were the only guest for that night. When finally we came back in the evening to sleep, I found out that the shower tools hasn't been installed yet, and the TV could not function at all.
The next day, we ordered lunch at their restaurant, and the food came after 1 hour !
I really ask the management to really taking good care of the staff behaviour, because aside of all these problems, the view from this hotel is very nice and you can have a very relax day, with a nice weather.

worst hotel
this is the worst hotel i have come across in my entire holiday. never ever would i go back to this hotel again and never ever recommend to anyone, There was no hot water at all in the shower with the cold weather we had to shower with cold water. No t,v No restaurant for food . Pls do not book this hotel even if it is free.
Value for money, value for joyful experience
with affordable price, the hotel provide comfortable accomodation, quite tasty food (breakfast) and beautiful scenery outside the hotel rooms along with jetty make it easier for the guest to ride ferry from Tuk Tuk to Parapat from the back of their hotel rooms.
lacking with aircond nor fan, the rooms still comfy enough to have a good relaxing stay as the air in Tuk Tuk is breezy and cool.

This hotel location is quite nice with private beach / lake view (2 star). Ample space to rest but the facilities need to be improved. Bathroom with limited hot water which are controlled only for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. No cattle for hot water (only located outdoor in certain point).
No restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was so minimum with limited choice which the hotel staff ordered from outside.
Muslim food is very limited.
Better get prepare with own food if you want to stay here.
