Beyond Expectations
We had a golf trip to Surabaya and had booked 4 twin bedded rooms for our group of 8 persons. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles from very courteous hotel staffs. Facilities in the hotel were all good except it did not have a swimming pool. The rooms are very clean but d bathroom could be further improved with new tilings. TV channel selections were great and good plasma TV was in each of the rooms. Location of the hotel is not that far from the Mall (Tunjungan Plaza). We enjoyed the wide spread of variety for breakfast, staff were also very pleasant made our overall experience indeed beyond expectations. If any improvements at all, if the rooms were carpeted it would feel much cozier.
