We had a warm welcome by hotel...
We had a warm welcome by hotel staffs who speak good English. Service is generally good, though restaurant waitresses seem to have forgotten about dine-in customers who take outside seatings. Novotel has a beautiful deep pool with rocks and coconut trees as settings. However, i think falling coconuts can be very dangerous to swimmers. Besides that, the hotel is good. I'd recommend it to families and couples.
