execelent city hotel
We are very satisfied with the hotel service such of staff service, cleanliness. Also the hotel policy for late check out is subject to availability and we get late check out until 16:00

The hotel location is good if you need to stay close to the airport to catch an early flight but not that ideal for city shopping tourists.
The hotel interior and exterior need some improvement works as the decor looks '90-ish. My experience with the breakfast spread is ok although the food is quite cold even at 6.00am as I need to catch an early flight(I was the 2nd person there). On the plus side, the shuttle bus to the airport is free, just 5 mins away actually.
As for the room itself, everything inside works--lights,clean sheets and pillows. The TV cable channels are wide ranging and clear. Overall a fairly good impression.

But when we arrived in this hotel it says:
Deluxe room sleeps 2 + 2 breakfast included : double requested, non smoking requested, 2 adults, and only 1 children (max child age 8)
Also if you are not pay in usd, you should be carefull with the price
Cause in the asiarooms booking confirmation it says that total price is $ 110 and price converted into indonesia rupiahs idr 996,604.44
But we have to pay idr 1,100,000.00 ....

Good hotel right from pick-up till check out. Clean rooms, good service, good facilities.......overall, a comfortable stay. Will definitely choose it again.
A nice hotel, huge rooms, big beds...
A nice hotel, huge rooms, big beds (2 beds for 2 adults und 2 children), good service. Near to airport and Prambanan Temple complex, a quite far from Yogja centre, but taxi is not exspensive. We enjoyed our stay.

Saya menginap di hotel ini bersama suami dan 2 orang anak. Saya pilih Grand Quality karena hotel ini merekomendasikan satu kamar dpt diisi oleh 2 orang dewasa dan 2 orang anak. Jarang sekali hotel merekomendasikan seperti ini. Sarapan utk anak2 juga gratis (maksimal usia anak 8 thn). Fasilitas dan pelayanan sangat memuaskan...terutama dengan harga yang tidak terlalu mahal. Sayangnya lokasi hotel agak jauh dari pusat kota. Tapi akses taxi sangat mudah kok. Yang agak mengganggu adalah saat tamu di kamar sebelah saya nelpon sambil marah2...karena di antara kedua kamar ada pintu penghubung, suara tamu di sebelah sangat jelas terdengar sampai saya terbangun tengah malam. Untungnya suami dan anak2 tdk terbangun...

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean. Service is good and efficient. The hotel even prepared takeaway breakfast at 3am for our sunrise trip to Borobudur temple.
