rooms is good but hot water sometimes not work properly, there is no hot water to drink to. overall good hotel for backpackers but not recommended for honey moon.

There was no telephone attached to rooms. There is no proper communication between the staffs may be due to phone unavailability. Service was good individually. Trips organised by the hotel was also Good. It would be better if the staffs understand English well. Otherwise it is perfect to stay in this hotel.

Generally the quality of living surrounding and service of hotel is good. Frontdesk is helpful and they acted quickly when you had problem on the room facilities. However air-con was some noisy, and the roof of bathroom will produce much noise when heavy raining outside because the roof is made of piece of metal panel! Anyway i like the surroundings of room, typical Javaness style, esp Garden view ones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Duta Guest House,Joyakarta.The beautiful garden and waterfall created a pleasant atmosphere. The surroundings were well-maintained. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The breakfast provided was rather skimpy but quite acceptable because of low occupancy rate when we were there.
