Room facilities are badly maintained, toilet not fixed properly on the floor, toilet is dirty, no toilet paper, air cond is window type , noisy and not cool enough, Exhaust fan in bath room is noisy This hotel building need to be renovate hotel to match its calss 4 star

This hotel is an absolute dump!!! ...
This hotel is an absolute dump!!! The staff were very nice but every facility was extremely poor in standard. The main hotel is derelict from the eathquake of 2006 with huge cracks down the building very unsafe and looks ready bto collapse any moment!! The rooms are so shabby too. The swimming pool has tiles missing. No wonder you do not show photos Asia Rooms. Do not send anyone there. I am an airline staff member and have travelled extensively and highly recommend you do not stay here. Mike
