The staff were generally helpful and pleasant to guests. The breakfasts were good with choices of foods and fruits, but they need to somehow let guests know that they could provide eggs (of various choices by guests) as this was not known to us initially until we asked.
We don't know if there is a shortage of handtowels and face-washers, but we didn't get these regularly everyday and a couple of times we had to ask for them.
While the room and facilities inside were great we found the airconditoning not providing the relief that we would like in terms of temperature particularly after an outing in the heat of the tropics. We had it on the lowest possible control level and yet the temperature was only slightly below that of outside ambience.
