Overall, my stay at Whiz Hotel is enjoyable. However, few things can be improve in the future; Pros: 1. Value for money 2. Near to malioboro street (shopping heaven). Can just put your things and go shopping again since it's so near 3. Clean and new rooms 4. Good supply of mineral water and clean towel. 5. Staffs at the cafetaria are friendly and humble. Cons: 1. Lack of variety on the breakfast menu (only 2 or 3 options) 2. Not enough chairs at lobby area 3. Lack of communication between staff i.e nearly been charge 3 times for 1 time laundry since all staff produce own receipts (two at front desk and one who send the laundry). 4. Breakfast not ready if check out early than 6 am. The food is not arrive yet although have informed front desk and requested to have breakfast at 5.30 am
