Nice Hotel - Poor Service
We stayed here for 4 nights, the rooms are very nice, the breakfast buffet is excellent and customer service is hopeless.
Firstly the sports club is rubbbish, they have no basketballs, tennis rackets or squash rackets for hire and there are fat naked old men everywhere you go. We were also told to leave the sports club by an Israeli soldier as they needed it for a show an tell exercise.
On the second day the cleaner forgot to put out new toilet paper, no big deal we just rang up and asked if they could deliver some more. After coming back in a hour we noticed no more toilet pape had arrived. Rang up again and explained that I had diarrohea and urgently needed toilet paper. After another hour had passed still no toilet paper arrived. So I went down stairs to get some, after waiting in line at the reception counter for a further 30 minutes i realised recpetion was too under staffed so i went looking for the cleaner. Found the cleaner asked for some toilet paper. He looked at me strange and asked why i had not spoken to reception. I told him I had and we have been waiting for 3 hours for toilet paper, he mumbled something about how he thought they were lazy and handed me several rolls of toilet paper. After three hours with food posoining great success i finally got toilet paper.
