This roof top, studio apartment is in a block completed in 2007 and just across from the main city beach of Alghero as well as being conveniently less than 10 minutes walk into the historical old town of Alghero, with a very pleasant walk along the seafront promenade

The open-plan living area leads onto the roof- top terrace with a side seaview. The living area has a double sofa bed, wardrobe and bamboo table and chairs which can also be used outside.
