Barisardo è un luogo privilegiato per escursioni interessanti ed insolite. In poco tempo si raggiungono spiagge solitarie: dalla Torre partono i barconi per tutta la costa fino a Cala Goloritzè. Molto intense, per i profumi ed i colori "ogliastrini", sono le escursioni al Golfo di Baunei: Cala Goloritzè, Mariolu, Luna, Sisine e, all'altipiano di Urzulei: le sorgenti del Flumendosa e Gorropu.
