My Partner and I stayed here while visiting Bologna for two nights. We arrived by train so found the hotel within walking distance. The receptionist was pleasant but didn't tell us all the information we needed until pressed such as breakfast location, times etc. However we are pretty self sufficient that it was a minor annoyance. The hotel is lovely and rooms comfortable and spacious. It is a bit of a walk to city centre but the walk there holds shops, cafes restaurants etc that you would probably visit anyway. Make sure you have a map tho as lots of little side streets off the main ones. We ate a lovely restaurant for lunch good prices and very fast "Incrocio Montegrappa" on Via Monte Grappa. Came across it while we got bit lost but very good.
