The old farm of Palazzeta, recently converted into holiday homes is situated along the Tuscan coast in a central position, only 1.8 km from the sea and the town centre, hidden in an oasis where everything is within easy reach: the sea, the islands of the Archipelago, the hills, the medieval villages and some of Italy's most beautiful cities such as Florence and Pisa.

Palazzeta Farm is nestled in a typical Tuscan landscape; the colours of nature, the sparkling sea and nearby pinewoods promise a paradise for passions: culture, nature, sport, and fine wines. You will discover an enchanted land full of History combined with an unspoiled, natural environment.

1.8 km (1 mile) from the farm, if you take a small country road and then head through the pinewoods, you will find both a free beach and a bathing area equipped with sun beds, beach umbrellas, bar, restaurant, a facility for storing windsurf equipment and taking lessons and much more. For this reason it is a great idea to rent bikes to reach the sea.

The Etruscan coast is an explosion of colours; the green of the hills, woods and pine forests, the red of the earth and brickwork of the medieval villages, but above all the emerald green of the sea. Here you can touch, smell and live the real Tuscany where you will find nature, sea, art and history, where you can take a holiday in any season, where it is always a great place to visit, where you will always be amazed....
....most of all by the diversity of the coastline which ranges from enchanting cliffs and rocky shores to small beaches protected by the welcoming pinewoods.
from Vada passing Cecina down to Piombino, the coastline is lined with green vegetation. This is dominated by the century old pinewoods which offer peace and a cool refuge from the heat, equipped with picnic areas and training courses.

Fattoria Palazzeta is an ideal place for children. The beach, pine forest, and many other services are only a few minutes away but at the same time you are surrounded by the beautiful and quiet Tuscan countryside. The pine forests run all along the beach so it is easy to take shade at the hottest part of the day and have a picnic or a siesta in the forest.
At the Fattoria Palazzeta there are 2 children's play areas; one in the shade of old Holm Oak trees and the other out in the sunshine so that children have the perfect place to play at any time of day.
Next to the pool there is also a small pool for children. It is 3 by 4 mt and 50cm deep so that small children can safely play in the shallow water.
We have all kinds of bicycles available to use in the large amount of open space surrounding the farm. Many children have learnt to ride a bike without stabilisers here at Fattoria Palazzeta!
After a day full of fun you can reach a great recreational area for children in only two minutes. It has bowling, video games, skating rink, bouncy castles, mini motorbikes and a small fairground.

A few minutes drive away you will find 'L'Orizzonte' which is a games and sport centre hidden in the pine forest at Cecina Mare. Children can take part in educational and equestrian activites guided by qualified volunteers.
For example they can draw whilst listening to music out in the open, take part in story telling, play in groups, use the games available and above all go for a ride in the horse and cart through the countryside. They can help feed, clean, learn how to mount horses and meet the ponies. The safe environment guarantees an unforgettable experience for children.
