This bright and sunny purpose built apartment with seaview is in a small block of 3 apartments on a wide avenue in Fertilia. Fertilia is a village with a lovely sandy beach and just 30 minutes from Alghero and close to the other well known beaches of La Spiaggia Le Bombarde and Lazzaretto.

The apartment has one double bedroom and one triple bedroom with a balcony overlooking gardens:the large open-plan kitchen and living area leads on to another balcony with tables and chairs and a seaview.In the kitchen there is a cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and everything to provide a comfortable self-catering holiday

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the closest sandy beach (Fertilia Beach) and the local shops, bars and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk.
Alghero is reachable by bus service from the main square, on foot along the beach about 40 minutes walk and by car about 10 minutes drive
