This brand new apartment complex is a mere 150 metres from the shores of Lake Como. It is comprised of comfortable, modern and practical apartments. There are 11 in total,.across the ground and first floors and they measure 40/50 m². some of first floor apartments also feature a small, private balcony.
Guests can make use of the attractive gardens and swimming pool, children’s play area, free Wi-Fi access .

The apartment complex is located in Domaso town which boasts many amenities, including an open-air market, shops, restaurants, a long beach and a surf and sailing school. Domaso is one of the best spots in Italy and indeed Europe to go windsurfing, sailing and to practice other water sports. The temperate climate means the area benefits from mild, Mediterranean temperatures even in winter time.

It is just 20 metres from the bus-stop, 30 metres to the nearest restaurant and 12 Km to the train station at Colico.
