The hotel Pineta dell'Iguana is located between the Ligurian coast's two jewels, Portofino and the Cinque Terre, on a hillside overlooking the old fishermen's village of Cavi di Lavagna, just 5 minutes from the beach. The closest train station is Sestri Levante. The hotel, under new management, offers a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, a large park, a bar and a restaurant open for dinner (closed on Tuesday) that provides a wide selection of tasty regional and international dishes.
Please Note: The property is closed between 1 November and 31 March
The hotel is on 3 floors and offers 13 rooms, some with a lovely balcony. All rooms located on the first floor (5) are equipped with private bathroom and air conditioning all other rooms have private shower, washbasins and they share 4 bathrooms between 8 rooms.
