Vistamare B&B is located in Via Posillipo, a prestigious scenic road that climbs up the splendid Posillipo hill, from Mergellina to Capo Posillipo. It commands a marvellous sweeping view from Naples Port past Castel dell’Ovo, Mergellina marina, the historic Palazzo Donn’Anna and, most importantly, Vesuvius and the Sorrento coast.We are a friendly, family-run establishment with a welcoming atmosphere. We love to spend time with our guests and advise them on the most interesting itineraries and events in Naples and surroundings. We are open all year round; if you don’t want to stray too far from our premises for a meal we can reserve a table for you at the historic restaurant Villa Caracciolo Donn'Anna, located only 20 metres away from us along the beach.We are 10 metres away from the beach, which is an organized lido. Mergellina marina and the chalet-café area, famous for its night life, is just a short stroll away. If you want to venture further afield and visit the city centre, there are two bus stops a few metres from us: the buses go to the Royal Palace, the Port, the smart shopping centre, or up the Posillipo hill, where you can relax in the large and leafy Parco Virgiliano while admiring the breathtaking view of the Bay of Naples. Visitamare B&B is also very close to the docks for the hydrofoils that sail to the islands in the Bay.
Our B&B is on the third floor of an early 20th century building, with a lift. It has 3 large bedrooms that have been completely refurbished; 2 of the rooms have en suite bathrooms and the other has a separate private bathroom with a Jacuzzi. All the rooms have air-conditioning, TV, and free Wi-Fi. The accommodation comprises two double rooms each with the possibility of adding a third and fourth bed, and one single room with a queen size bed and the possibility of adding a second queen size bed in the open gallery; this room has two TVs, one of which is in the gallery.
