The B&B “la tela bianca” (“the white canvas”) is at the second floor of the historical palace “Palazzo donnalbina”: a highly strategic position, located as it is right at the convergence between the hip district of town where you can indulge in aperitivo after shopping, and the historic district, home to art and architecture marvels that you can expect to find in a millennial city in Italy.
All connections to other popular destinations are within a walking distance: at an easy pace you’ll reach the bus station to the Costiera and the subway in 2 minutes, in 3’ the funicular to the Vomero hills, in 4’ the “Cumana” (a westbound train connecting to archaeological sites of Cuma and Pozzuoli) and in 5’ the ferries to Capri, Ischia, Procida, Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Eolian Islands, Sicily and Sardinia.
By subway it takes less than 10’ to get to the main train station of Piazza Garibaldi, where you can easily jump on a train to the Ercolano and Pompei (the “Circumvesuviana” or “Circum”, as Neapolitans say), while by car, access to the highway in less then 5 minutes away, assuming no traffic.
All our rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and bright; there is a doorman and an elevator to get to them. You can opt for a room with bathroom inside or with the bathroom outside but still private. Included in the price is wireless internet connection. As we can, we are flexible about check-in check-out time.
