The hotel was nice and modern. Rooms small but practical and comfortable. Do not bring much luggage as there is no place to store it. Breakfast not creative and super repetitive (5 days of the very very same offerings, and not so good at that). Location was nice, close to subway and tram, and if one get a high floor like we did (29th) amazing view of the city (HK Island). Lobby staff not the brightest. Had an issue with them that should not have taken place at all (their error for not entering on their computer system our 3 night stay extension) and they handled it very poorly. "Sorry Sir" was said after that, but they did do nothing to "really" show they were sorry. English is basically just spoken by Lobby clerks. Maids speak no English whatsoever, besides "good morning/afternoon/evening", "thank you", sorry". Air conditioning in the restaurant is amazingly strong and cold, as it is in the lobby. Bring a jacket for breakfast (they don't seem to be doing anything about it.
Overall a good stay. Comfortable and practical. Ask for a high floor, otherwise I would check somewhere else for a better deal. Paid US$102 a night for 2 nights, US$130/night for 3. If booking in advance, one can book hotels with more amenities for that price.
View of the city from the roofdeck on 31st floor is amazing (officially guests are not allowed here, but fire doors are open and no alarm is in place).
