BEST WESTERN Park Hotel, Pordenone  

We booked our room initially for one night. On check-in, we asked to extend our stay. The clerk told us that she had changed our reservation to the renovated part of the hotel only had one night available in that room (that room was priced higher than what we reserved online). We requested the original room for our extra night. we were told that it would cost us the same. On our second night, we found that our flight was going to be delayed. We asked to extend two more nights and they told us the price would increase by 31 Euros from our original nights. We told them to disregard the two more nights and we would checkout the next morning. When we checked out the next morning, they had increased the amount of our second night by 31 Euros when they had originally told us when we checked in that both nights would cost the same. The clerk who checked us in was not on duty yet and the clerk who was on duty kept telling us that she can guarantee that we were not told that on check-in. Instead of continually arguing with her that she was not on duty when we checked in so she does not know what we were told, we just paid the bill and went to another hotel in town that had waaay better customer service. Beware of this hotel. They try to fill their more expensive rooms first and they don't tell the customer. **Beware!!! There are other hotels in the same town that are not too far away. Stay away from this one.
