Borgo di Fiuzzi is located on the Tyrrhenian coast in Praia a Mare, in front of the sea and the private
beach, only 2 km from the town centre, which can be easily reached on foot along the promenade. The picturesque landscape aroung Borgo with long beaches, enchanting sea caves (Grotta Azzurra and Grotta del Leone) as well as the Isle di Dino guarantee unforgettable panoramic views.
Borgo di Fiuzzi has been built only recently and has been inaugurated in June 2011.

Rooms: The Resort offers 344 rooms, which are situated in different buildings. All rooms are elegantly furnished. They have a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, SAT TV, mini bar, air conditioning, WI – FI internet connection, safe and furnished balcony (table, chairs and drying rack). There are 3 different types of room: Classic, Family and Family Plus rooms. There are rooms with a sea view available for each type. Some rooms are adapted for the disabled.
Classic room: double room (2 single beds or 1 double bed), 3rd bed is available in armchair-bed or baby cot for children 0/2 years
Family room: triple or four-bed rooms with two not separated communicating rooms, no internal door + 1 bathroom)
Family Plus room: 2 double adjoining/communicating rooms (with single beds or double beds), with an internal door + 2 bathrooms

Facilities:
3 restaurants: “L’Isola”: the main one with air – conditioning, terrace overlooking the sea, buffet
breakfast, buffet lunch, buffet dinner, “L’Isola che non c’è”: only for children 4/14 years with special
menu for young guests, “ Il Borgo”: to be paid, air conditioning, covered terrace with sea view, open during dinner hours in the evening, on request with previous reservation, serves
delicious Mediterranean dishes (only in high season). 2 bars: “Stella Maris” (on the first floor, terrace
overlooking the sea) and “Barracuda” (in the vicinity of swimming pool, serves snacks, ice creams and fresh drinks)
Other facilities: transfer service to/from railway station in Praia a Mare (free of charge), WI – FI internet connection (free of charge), unguarded car park (free of charge). Wellness centre/SPA: sauna, Turkish baths, internal swimming pool, massages and esthetic treatments, fitness club. Swimming pool with Jacuzzi, baby bottle warming facilities, boutique, bazaar, hair dresser, doctor’s practice, bicycle rental, baby sitting service, garage. Organization of excursions. In the vicinity: aqua park, diving centre, paddle boat and, boat, canoe rental.

festivals, disco night, dancing courses (Latino Americano, Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Reggae, swimming courses for children, group sports (soccer, tennis, beach volley, water polo), canoe training. Baby club, Mini Club (4/8 years) and Junior Club (8/12 years), Generation Club 12/18 years). Use of swimming pool, beach service (sun umbrellas, sun beds and deck chairs), use of tennis court, soccer field. Beach volley, beach tennis and canoe.

Beach:
Gravel and sand. In front of the hotel, easily reached on foot.
