Ravenna is a treasure chest of art, history and culture of the highest order, a city with ancient origins and a glorious past and capital three times, of the Western Roman Empire, of King Theodoric of the Goths and of the Byzantine Empire in Europe.

The Galletti Abbiosi hostel is placed in the historical centre of Ravenna, very close to one of the most renowned sites of the town: the Basilica of Saint Apollinare Nuovo.

Many of the other monuments of prime historical and artistic importance, as well as the main railway station, are just a few steps away.

By car: arriving from Bologna, highway A14, direction Ravenna.

Follow indications for town centre and railway station.

In front of the station turn right then right again, at the crossroad left into Via di Roma.

By train: from the railway station you can walk till our Hotel, go straightup Via Farini, at the end of this street turn left into Via di Roma.

The hotel lies about 20 km away from the Forlì airport and can be easily reached by taxi, by bus to the Ravenna railway station.
