Hotel Description

The apartment is located at third floor of a condominium of a nice building,completely restored in 2003. Air conditioning entry room, complete kitchen, bathroom with shower, large sleeping room with queen-size double bed , ideal for 2/3 people. It is good for a short term holiday, for a couple and a child (there is a sofa bed) but also for a long term renting. Close to all shops, supermarket (via cola di rienzo)and open market(piazza dell’Unita’), nice restaurants( taberna dei Gracchi, Amatriciano) pizzerias, pub (Fonclea) you cross the street and you are in another state, Vatican!! Very good connections (bus stops on the square piazza Risorgimento) to the METRO A one block STOP OTTAVIANO. The area is really convenient and one of the safest in Rome.
