A new Hotel is to be opened in Rome, exactly in Via Col di Lana, near
the River Tiber, between Mazzini Square and Lungotevere delle Armi.

The Hotel delle Vittorie is a beautiful example of an ancient Patrician Villa
of the beginning of the last Century and it’s going to be completely refurbished.
The façade of the building will be characterized by pastel colours and shows itself
with elegance, next to “ Theatre Delle Vittorie “, near the “ Manzoni “ and the
“ Moliére “ Theatres and the Italian Broadcasting Corporation Building.

In fact it’s situated just in one of the more central area of Rome, in the core of
“ della Vittoria “ and “ Prati “ neighbourhoods, whose main characteristic is the
presence of the Tribunals of Justice.
Within walking distance, you can also easily reach the “ Olympic Stadium “,
the “ Italian Olympic Games Committee ” Buildings with the “ Sports Federations “
Palace, the Sporting Clubs close to Tiber River, a great many boutiques for shopping
and typical restaurants of Italian “haute cuisine”.
By public busses and underground lines, it boasts of easy connections to all points
of tourist, archaeological, artistic, commercial and shopping interest in town.
