It's a nice B&B. Not very big rooms, but they are very nice! You have a double bed, wardrobe, a bathroom with toilet and shower and you have a TV with lots of channels (mostly Italian). And the rooms do not have balconies, at least not the room we had, they only have like 5-6 rooms. You also have a shared kitchen where you can cook your own food and it is here the breakfast is served from 7.45-9-30 in the morning. It is not a big breakfast buffet, it is white bread, juice, coffee, croisant (spelling) and some other small stuff. They don't have 24 hours reception as they say, more like you can reach a guy on his phone 24 hours of the day, but preferably not in the middle of the night! The address you get after booking is the place where they have their apartment and it is located at Via Emanuele Filiberto 125, and if you rent that one you will have to walk up to the actual B&B to eat breakfast (5 minutes away). The B&B is located on Via Bixio! The best way to get there is to take the Metro Linea A to Manzoni and walk up Via Emanuele Filiberto till you find 125 and then give them a call, and they will pick you up if you are going to the B&B. And I think they provide service to pick you up at the airport too, but you probably need to book it in advance. I think you get value for your money! Cheap place, very close to most attractions! I recommend you buy a Metro card for your whole stay, works for Metro, busses and trams as much as you like and it is very easy to get around (7 days for €16).
