La Voliera is the right compromise for who wishes to save what you would spend to the historical center but wants this easy to get staying in a quarter near and optimally connected.We are far a few minutes walking from Trastevere Train Station and the Air Terminal for Fiumicino Airport, just 20 minutes from the historical center, and no more than a stone's thrown from Roma Tre University, La Voliera holiday apartment is located in a beautiful residential district that can boast a supermarket opens until the 22 in the evening, a host of excellent restaurants and the famous Roman Sunday market at Porta Portese.The structure is composed by three double rooms and it comes complete with garage parking. From the station can easy be caught up. S.Peter, the historical center (it's sufficient one connection!) and the airport of Fiumicino.
We privilege the “maximal independence” hospitality: our guests will have the keys of their apartments, so that you will not have any time-table restrictions or being forced pass thru a reception every time you get in or out. The breakfast is self service with packed food in the respect of the touristic - laws of Lazio Region, and it consists in:
corn-flakes, snacks, biscuits, sliced bread (ideal for sandwich and toast), marmalade, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee.
And finally we do the cleaning daily of the rooms.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
1)La Voliera is not a Hotel but it is an ordinary B&B and we have not a reception. So you have to confirm the time of your arrival here at La Voliera and if you are 1 hour late please call or text us. This is very important that we know cause otherwise we can't garantee anyone
will be greeting you at the B&B when you arrive.
2)The check in is between 13-21. We request a supplement of 20,00 euros for the arrival in extra-time until 01.00 am.
3)We don't accept arrivals after 1.00 am.
4) If you need the place for you car you have to fix two days before your arrival because the place are only two.
