The apartment is located in a 1930 building, surrounded by a nice courtyard and lovely garden. The flat is furnished with taste and simplicity , with a mix of classical and modern (as you can see in the pic.), it is very accessorized and adapts to the necessities of all ages. The warm atmosphere is present also in the kitchen which is complete with all: plates, cutlery, table and chairs. In the locality there are all the necessary facilities: market, supermarket, pharmacy, grocery, butcher, bakery, hairdresser, tobacconist, solarium, bar, pastry shop, ice-cream shops, theatre, cinema, restaurant and blockbuster. The tube station is at 5 minutes "Ponte Lungo" line A (red line) with it you can easily visit the historical part of the city. Even by Bus (87 / 128) you can reach in few minutes the major momuments (Colosseo, Piazza Venezia, Spanish steps, San peter Church and Circo Massimo )The flat is composed by 3 rooms one bathroom and the kitchen. It is fully furnished: in the living room there is the Tv 32" with SAT and the Hi.Fi with DVD. The Heating is centralized and for the summer you have the air conditioning There is a pc with internet 24/24h and all the apartment is covered by a wi-fi line. The kitchen is furnished of microwave, caffatteria, toaster and obviusly gas cooker/oven fridge with freezer and washing machine with iron The bathroom has a very big shower and obviusly the hairdryier.
