POSITION
The Residence Club San Domenico, is situated to few footsteps from the urban left, on the promontory to peak on the sea, what it divides Scalea from San Nicola Arcella, in a particularly suggestive line of the coast of the sea Tirreno calabrian denominated "La Riviera dei Cedri”, to the south point of the Gulf of Policastro. The position panning it fascinates the guests with a superb sight of the whole coast, that it extends him to south up to Diamante with the isle of Cirella; and to north for the whole bluff of Capo Scalea, with background the head of point S. Croce to Palinuro.

RESIDENCE CLUB SAN DOMENICO
The residence is composed of 40 apartments, furnished with taste, in a fresh and functional style, well equipped. The residence is built with functional and elegant architectural criterions.
The apartments are of three typologies.
Twolocals "comfort”: 4 beds composed by stay with balcony, angle cooking and read couch, matrimonial bedroom with ceiling fan, bath with box shower, TV color;
Twolocals "family”: 4 beds composed by stay with balcony, angle cooking and couch read two places, matrimonial bedroom with ceiling fan, bath with box shower, TV color;
Threelocals 6 beds composed by stay with balcony and angle cooking, matrimonial bedroom and bed in castle with ceiling fan, room to two beds, bath with shower, TV color.

DESCRIPTION STAY AND FORMULA RESIDENCE (SELF CATERING)
The weekly stays always ( Saturday-Saturday).
The apartments have been being delivered for the hours 17:00 of the day of arrival and they must be redelivers within the hours 10:00 of the day of departure.
The hotel offers: cocktails of welcome, entry to the acquapark with 4 slides of water and 3 swimming pools (available from 20 may to 31 october), use of the field of kick, beach volley, sauna, gym and beach service, with 1 ombrella and 2 sits ((available from 20 may to 31 october).
Diurnal and evening animation (from 12/06 to 11/09), with games and sporting tournaments, aerobics, muscular awakening, water dance, dances of group and Latin American, animation for children and boys with specialized assistants.
Service shuttle of few minutes from and for the settled beach, distance around mt 2000 and for and from the nearest market (800 mt.)

SERVICES OF THE RESIDENCE
Reception, terrace solarium, restaurant, bar, park not guarded.

OBLIGATORY PAYMENTS
- CARD CLUB: (obligatory to pay on the spot, the price is for person to week) 0/3 years free; 03/12 years € 33,00; adults € 38,00.
- FINAL CLEANINGS: € 35,00 for twolocals. € 40,00 for threelocals (excluded angle cooking to load of the client) in case of missed cleaning debit of € 20,00.
- CONSUMPTIONS: forfait weekly, it includes: water, light, gas, bed linen € 25,00 to person
- GUARANTEE: Mandatory € 100,00 for apartament.

OPTIONAL PAYMENTS / NOT MANDATORY:
- Air conditioned (only tipology Comfort): On request, payment extra € 35,00 for week for apartament.
- Free meals: Every meal € 15,00 for person, (with choice di 2 plate of pasta, 2 plate o fish o meat and dessert).
- Breakfast: € 5,00 for day for person.
- Additional change of bed linen or towels: € 10,00 for person for change.

FORMULA APPARTHOTEL (WITH FULL BOARD AND HALF BOARD)
The pricing are considered for person for day o for week, in housing with another adult paying full price.
Your stay begins with dinner on the Saturday of arrival and ending with breakfast on the Saturday of departure when half-board. Conversely ends or begins with lunch in the event of full board.
There will be 7 nights, 7 breakfasts and seven dinners (o lunch customer choice) in half board, while full board will be added 7 more meals.
The unites are delivered after hours 17.00; and must be returned by 10.00.
Arrival is given a security deposit of € 100,00 which will be returned to guests upon check or inspe.
The children means not done.

SPECIAL RATES FOR CHILDREN:
- Bambi 0 / 3 years free in all periods;
- Children 3 / 10 years in 3 bed accommodation facilities in the room with 2 adults; Deals meals weekly, to be paid on the spot, € 75,00;
- Children 3 / 10 years in 4 bed accommodation facilities in the room with 2 adults; Deals meals weekly, to be paid on the spot, € 115.00;

SERVICE INCLUDED:
Beach, swimming pool, shuttle bus, animation, water, light, gas, bed linen and towels (weekly change). Housekeeping is daily except the apartament.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDED:
drinks, daily cleaning and daily rearrangement of apartement, card club.
