Our Residence, totally renovated in the 2009, is located in the heart of the Gulf of Orosei, between land and sea, in a corner of Paradise lapped by crystal clear sea.
The site offers a collection of beaches and coves of extraordinary beauty (only a few names of beaches: Protected Marine Area of Bidderosa – Berchida Beach - Cala Liberotto – Cala Sisine – Cala Luna – Cala Mariuolo – Cala Ginepro – Sa Curcurica Beach)
In the surroundings you will find a range of restaurants, shops, supermarkets.
Our Residence, just only 20 apartments with an household management, welcomes its guests in a peaceful and young atmosphere
Each Apartment has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, TV, private bathroom, air conditioning (only in the living room).
Type 2-4: One-bedroom apartment - sleeps 2-4, one double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed. 1st floor, they do not have balcony.
Standard Type 4-6: Two-bedroom apartment - sleeps 4-6, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom , living room with double sofa bed. Ground or 1st floor, Many of these have balcony or small outdoor patio
Superior Type 4-6: Two-bedroom apartment – sleeps 4-6 , one double bedroom, on twin bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, they are bigger than Standard two-bedroom apartment. They have balcony or outdoor patio.
Basic Type 4-6: Two bedroom apartment - sleeps 4-6, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom , living room with double sofa bed. Ground floor, They do not have balcony or patio.
Type 6-8: Three bedroom apartment - sleeps 6-8, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed. This apartment has a terrace.
Services:
Entertainment evening program /Children’s Mini-Club 4-12 years. During the day, the entertainment staff can follow one or more families to the beach for the fun of the children.
