Our apartments in Cannaregio district represent an interesting alternative at the more usual vacation in an hotel. It's the ideal way to discover Venice in oneself most personal way. Our properties are located in ancient buildings full of History, ideal starting point to discover all the narrows streets and misterious little squares which represents this extraordinary city on the water. Our properties are spacious and furnished with class, provided with equipped kitchen, relaxing living room, large bedrooms and restored bathrooms with shower or bathtub.Please contact us at least 7 days before your arrival date in order to fix an appointment for the collection of the keys.
A qualified hostess will meet you at the Public boat station closer to the apartment assigned (Guglie) and she will lead you to the property without any extra charge till 7.30pm. Check-in after 7.30pm are charged as follow: 7.30-11.30pm € 55,after 11.30pm € 70. At arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit by credit card (only Visa and mastercard) of € 250 for damages caused to the property.
