The apartments are located in the quiet quarter of Cannaregio, where you can still feel the special atmosphere of Venice, rich in charm and history. Walking through the picturesque narrow streets you can reach in few minutes the Strada Nova, and then the Rialto Bridge and St. Marco. The proximity to the vaporetto stop of "Madonna dell’Orto" (100 mt.) allows you to reach the apartment from the airport in just 30 minutes, or use the public service for easy access to major historical attractions of Venice (Piazza S . Marco, Rialto, Fenice, etc.). It is also easy to reach the islands, such as Murano, Burano and Torcello and the headquarters of the Biennale.
The apartments, completely restored in 2010 with a modern style, are on two floors. On the ground floor there are the living area, that includes entry, large living room with sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a exclusive courtyard equipped with a small table with chairs. Upstairs there are the sleeping area with one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The apartment are equipped with air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, safe, hairdryer and iron and ironing board.
