It is located in an excellent position for visiting the Venice’s artistic and cultural centre, which is just a few minutes’ walk away, and for completely experiencing the fascinating and unique daily life of the city and its inhabitants.

From Piazzale Roma, cross the new Calatrava bridge over the Grand Canal, past the Santa Lucia train station and the Lista di Spagna and across the Ponte delle Guglie bridge over the Cannaregio Canal.
