Directions

If you arrive by Car:
If you come from the A4 MILANO-PADOVA-VENEZIA be careful because after the exit PADOVA EST there's a fork in the motorway and you must keep the right following for VENEZIA-AEROPORTO.

After about 10 km, at the motorway's exit VENEZIA-MESTRE, pay the toll and take immediately the first exit on your right following the direction to VENEZIA-RAVENNA / MESTRE-MARGHERA; you'll get to a big roundabout: take the second exit on the right, direction MARGHERA (immediately after the "TOTAL FINA" gas-station), and you'll arrive at a small roundabout (piazzale Parmesan), take the third street (Via Calvi): we are at the end of this street on the left side before Q8 petrol station.

From A27 BELLUNO -VENEZIA motorway's exit; pay the toll and follow the direction to TANGENZIALE / VENEZIA-MILANO A4; go on the Tangeziale for nearly 10 km and take the last exit following the direction to MARGHERA / CHIOGGIA-RAVENNA, you'll get to a big circle, take the third exit on the right, direction MARGHERA (immediately after the "TOTAL FINA" gas-station), you'll arrive to a small circle (piazzale Parmesan), take the third street (Via Calvi), we are at the end of this street on the left side before Q8 petrol station.

If you come from the A4 TRIESTE-UDINE-VENEZIA after the exit SAN DONA'- NOVENTA continue straight for about 17 km; here be careful because there is a fork in the motorway and you must keep right following for VENEZIA-AEROPORTO / VENEZIA EST.

At the motorway's exit VENEZIA EST pay the toll and follow the direction to TANGENZIALE / A4 MILANO-VENEZIA; go on the Tangeziale for about 14 km, than take the last exit following the direction to RAVENNA/CHIOGGIA-MARGHERA.

You'll get to a big roundabout, take the third exit on the right, direction MARGHERA (immediately after the "TOTAL FINA" gas-station), and you'll arrive at a small roundabout, take the third street (Via Calvi), we are at the end of this street on the left side before Q8 petrol station.

From E 45 RAVENNA-CHIOGGIA the normal state street, you'll arrive to a big circle, take the second exit to VENEZIA-MILANO A4 and go on along this Super-strada.

At the end of it you'll get to another big roundabout, take the exit to MARGHERA, the first on your right (immediately after the "TOTAL FINA" gas-station); you'll arrive to a small roundabout (piazzale Parmesan), take the third street Via Calvi, we are at the end of this street on the left side before Q8 petrol station.

If you arrive by Train:
it stops in MESTRE-VENEZIA railwaystation (not Venezia).

If you don't have heavy luggage you can walk to Villa Graziella, which is only 800 meters far (about 15 min.

walking); in this case, from the train station you can walk under the subway following the direction to Marghera, you'll exit in VIA ULLOA, go to the main circle (piazzale Giovannacci) and take the first street on the right , VIALE PAOLUCCI: we are at the end of this street after Q8 petrol station.
by Bus : from inside the train station take the subway following the direction to Mestre, in front of the station take bus number 15 (every 30 min) and get off at the last stop of Viale Paolucci (is after a big circle, Piazzale Giovannacci) in front of the big "Alì" supermarket: we are after the Q8 petrol station; bus ticket cost 1,10 EURO.
by Taxi from train station (the easiest way, of course): you can take one taxi in front of Mestre's train station exit and in 10 minutes you'll get to Villa Graziella Hotel spending about 10/12,00 EURO.

If you arrive by PLANE:
from Marco Polo airport (Venice airport):
the easiest way is to take a Taxi, it costs about 23/26,00 EURO and the journey takes about 20 minutes.
If you want to take a Bus, there is line number 15 (see timetable inside): there is one bus every 30 minutes and the journey takes about 40 minutes (it dipends on the traffic); it is very cheap as the ticket costs only 1,10 EURO and the bus stops only 50 meters far from Villa Graziella, get off at the last stop of Viale Paolucci (is after a big roundabout, Piazzale Giovannacci) in front of the "Ali" supermarket: we are after the Q8 petrol station;

from Treviso airport: there is a bus service managed by Ryanair waiting for your fly and going to Mestre train station and then to Venezia bus terminal (piazzale Roma); the best thing is to get off at Mestre train station ( see above how to reach us).
