2 minutes from Marco Polo Airport, 5 minutes from motorways entrance and from Venice Casino and S.Giuliano Garden only 15 minutes from Venice Center
Public transports connect the B&B to Venice-S.Lucia and Venice-Mestre railway stations, Terminal bus to Cruise Port, Marco Polo Airport, al''Angelo Hospital and Casino, S.Giuliano Garden.

For those guests, leaving by plane before 7,30 a.m. or arriving by plane after 7,30 p.m. we offer FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE to and from Marco Polo Airport with our private minibus.

Our coloured rooms are all provided with private bathroom with shower and welcome bath kits, hair dryer, air conditioning, water boiler with tea and chamomile at your disposal, colour Tv, refrigerator-minibar, safe and laundry service.

We have only double rooms that can be offer for single use, it is possible added one or two extra beds.In our garden we have a free big parking area

and we give to our customers a magnetic card for the independent income and exit
