The only rules we have are: please don't booking if you are PUB CRAWLS PERSON and to leave empty the place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. so we can clean the place; we also ask to not make any noise after 11 p.m. so we can let our guests and neighbors to relax in peace.
A Venice Emeralds is located in the best area of Venice, ( you read down the history of our area ) 1 minute walking distance from Campo Santa Maria Formosa, and 5 Minute from San Marco Museum and Rialto area and other important monuments of Venice.
Please be aware that the facilities are 100% non-smoking.
A Venice Emeralds is in a 15th century palazzo (building),There is no elevator.
We have rooms with shared bathroom and rooms with en-suite bathroom and dorms rooms located on the second and third floors. All bathrooms have full shower and bathtubs.
We provide a computer in the sitting room and in the room and any room have a big size lcd tv, and you are also free to use your own laptop to connect using either Wi-Fi.we have 2 kitchen and a amazing terrace.
However You will discover Venice and our area in an incredibly and emotion adventure.
