Feel safe in Jamaica
If you like nightclubs and lots going on on your doorstep then Retreat is not for you. However, if like to feel completely safe, enjoy beautiful views, peace and quiet and stay in a home from home this is it. It is off the beaten track a bit so having a car would be ideal. It is within easy reach of lots of places and activities and the owner will give you a lift in her car to various places (at an extra charge) and from the nearest town, Falmouth, you can catch local buses along the coast both ways which is certainly a "local experience" and very cheap.
