We were greeted on arrival by 2 friendly and lovely lady staff who spoke English. They then took our luggage to our rooms.
The location of the hotel is very good, just a stone's throw from the entrance of the JR Hakata Station (near the Shinkansen exit). However to enter the lobby of the hotel from the main street, we had to climb a short flight of steps and then onto an escalator. It would have been good if they had some sort of ramp for wheelchair bound guests, baby prams and luggages.
The rooms were small and so warm that we had to open the windows. Breakfast, included as part of the package was acceptable, not fantastic.
Hotel staff was friendly and requests for extra pillows and towels were met very promptly.
Overall, a pleasant stay for us.
