We stayed for 1 night in this ryokan,very nice,room very clean,hot onsen for 2-3 people,intimate place. Point for other travellers,as you get off the bus in Moto-Hakone station,turn on your right,cross the intersection on the opposite side and walk a few hundred meters,the ryokan will be on your left.If you arrive late in the evening,make sure you know your way to the place you stay in Hakone,as taxi will take at least 30 min to get to you on weekends.You also need to know japanese to ask for one.
As for Matsuzakaya Ryokan,great to enjoy a japanese traditional stay,both mama-san were very nice,also staff speaks good english,we reccommend it to any traveller.
