Best hotel. Best staff. Convenient to both transport and shops. Overall the best stay on our two week holiday in Japan. Thank you Granvia for the experience in true hotel stay.
An excellent location for a quick stop...
An excellent location for a quick stop over in Hiroshima, although the city really has little to offer the tourists. Nearby Hiroshima Castle takes a few stops on the express train to reach, as well as the Peace Memorial Park. Neither is very impressive in my opinion. Nothing is from the original sturcture of the city castle and the construction offered little to see compare to other regions of Japan.
But the hotel room itself was very tiny, dated and appeeared to be a true budget hotel rather than being a similar quality to other hotels located at trainstation such as the one over Kyoto Rail Station. It was a good facility for a person who simply needs a place to sleep over until the next morning, without paying for a cab fare to a nicer hotel.

Very nice, clean room, good size, locatrion very convenient (at the train station) for a short stay in Hiroshima, easy to get around, would recommend without hesitation!

Excellent location, right at Hiroshima station, making it perfect for train travellers. Staff were very pleasant and polite. Room was very clean but somewhat dated and had the feeling of being crowded, although in area it was quite large. The double room we had contained 2 large single beds - the space would have been more suited to a double or queen size bed.
Travellers visiting the Peace Park and other areas would need to get a tram or bus to these locations, but such transport was also quite easily accessible from the hotel.

Simply magnificent. The location was perfect with the main train station and tram station at your doorstep. The service impeccable, the dining (Jin Seki Steak House) on top floor was perfection, breakfast at Vent Verde had more than enough variety and was delicious. We especially loved the coffee machine to make your own latte's and cappuchino's for a treat. Staff were polite, friendly, helpful and again the level of service was superb. The room was a good size, perfectly clean. The decor was lovely, the lobby gorgeous, we just loved our stay. The only con was the beds felt very hard to us, but I guess others like that. We definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hiroshima, the location made it very easy to get around to the peace park, shopping locations etc. The cost, to us, was good value though everyone should follow their own budget.

Exceeded expectations. Good value for money at £99 for a twin room. Nice size room and bathroom. Breakfast included was a bonus. Easy to find from Shinkasen plaza but you need to be aware that to reach the city side you have to use the underpass which is on your left as you exit the hotel. The Peace park is walkable but tram no.2 boards right outside the station.

We loved this Hotel because it is so handy to the train. We walked out of the station and straight into the Hotel. The room was comfortable and the beds weren't hard like some Hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location directly adjacent to Hiroshima Railway Station.
Bathroom small.
Not much fresh air into room. The windows are covered in condensation in the mornings during winter.
Price was quite reasonable.
