Overpriced
I was glad that I was able to find a room on short notice during the Golden Week holidays in Japan. When I was checking into the hotel a man came in to inquire about a room, and the staff at the hotel bluntly stated that there were no rooms anywhere in Kobe. I don't know if that was true, but it must have been tough for him to find one.
I thought the staff was kind and efficient. The hotel has an awesome location, across the street from the station, and the rooms are pretty comfortable. There was a LAN cable in the desk drawer, which some of the higher priced hotels actually charge extra for.
But, for 8000 yen, I think that you should get a little more. I think that it said that coffee was included, but I didn't find any. They charged more than 800 yen for breakfast. If you stay at any of the business hotels, that would have been included. Also, they said that there was a computer for use, but I didn't see one anywhere around the lobby, and I think they wanted to charge extra for that too.
