Fair value from Westin brand
The Westin Miyako is showing its age, especially its bathroom facilities. There was also a rather unpleasant smell from the detergent used. Some of the cost-cutting measures were taken to a slight extreme, with only 2 English-language TV channels offered and 1 complimentary bottle of mineral water for 2 pax, in a Deluxe room.
However, the staff always had a smile on their faces, and the service of its staff was generally very high except that check-in took longer than expected (almost 15 min).
