It was obvious that we were on a discounted rate as we were given the smallest room and the end of the corridor. The bed was rock hard and we ask if the mattress could be changed, the hotel staff were prompt in acknowledging our request and adjusted the mattress. The staff in the reception/lobby were excellent, in fact very friendly. For the money we paid for the room this was the worse hotel we stayed in Japan. We would never stay there again.

It's in a great location and the service is really very professional. Its very convenient for sight seeing and travelling. The only thing that they should look into is the room temperature, its rather hot inside the room that makes us not very comfortable
