This is a comfortable hotel near the Narita airport. They have a bus that will pick you up outside baggage claim and take you to the hotel. It is a 15 minute ride. Arriving early after an all night flight, I was pleasantly surprised to find my room ready. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom very clean. In the room there is a large kettle to boil water for tea, coffee or soup. A convenience store is located outside of the lobby. There are restaurants, one Japanese, one coffee shop, and I believe a Chinese one as well. There is a computer hook up in the room, but if you didn't bring your laptop, there are 3 computers available in the lobby, 100 yen for 10 minutes. The price I paid for this room on your website, was an extremely good value. I can recommend the web site and the hotel highly. I would book through you again, and book this same hotel.

I can not say enough good things about this hotel, I rate it above 4 star! The room was excellent, which includes the bathroom which had a shower battub combination. The window could also be opened! All the staff was kind and went way beyond their duty to make my stay there as comfortable and nice as possible. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the indoor hot spa bath was beautiful! The outdoor garden and pool were also post card beautiful! I stayed in a four star rated hotel in Tokyofor three nights, I can not tell you the name due to the risk of being sued for slander but I can say I paid twice the price and it didn't even come close to the quailty and care I received at this hotel the Narita Excel Tokyu Hotel! There are two methods of transporatation to go shopping one is a free shuttle to the train station and airport, the other is a bus that does a large loop around the city of Narita and stops at all the major shopping malls, and other famous attractions, for the cost of less than $1.50 per bus ride. Very inexpensive!! I will most certainly stay at this hotel again without hesitation and I will also use the service of this site to reserve a hotel. I rate this internet hotel reservation site with a 4 star rating! With much gratitude to all for a wonderful vacation and time spent in Japan!! Most sincerely, Mrs. Jennifer Echard

We found the Narita Excel Tokyu hotel to be excellent. One of the nicest, and definitely the least expensive hotel we stayed in in Japan. The restaurant selection was fabulous and we wish we would have had more time to spend there in order to use the pool, etc. Thank you.

Excellent airport hotel - spacious room was well-appointed and amenities sounded great though I had no time to sample them! Only gripe would be that there was enormous queue for early breakfast before mass exodus to airport so turn up in good time! Would definitely return in the Narita Excel Tokyu hotel.

Great hotel and check in was pretty smooth. Helpful staff who assisted and was prompt in answering our queries. Definitely value for $$ if you are looking for a hotel to stay that is hear Hilton but not quite Hilton's prices :)
We chanced upon it when the rooms in Hilton were all booked up and were referred to this hotel by the good people at Asiarooms.com
Only gripe is that we should have been told that Hilton was full within 24 hours rather than wait for response via email. However, the good thing is that once i called the 24 hour line, the staff was very prompt and responded within 1 hour with alternative hotel, Narita Excel Tokyu, which is an EXCELLENT choice!!
As for facilities, they have a decent gym for a good workout!

Narita Excel Tokyu hotel is highly recommended. The room is nice and clean and the service is excellent. I enjoyed my night very much. Also for that price, usually you cannot get a nice hotel or only can get a average motel, but this hotel gave me a surprised. I'm sure I will stay over here again when I travel to Japan next time. : )

I enjoyed my stay at the Narita Excel Tokyu and thought it was excellent value. The hotel provides a free bus service to the airport and also to town, so for a 1 day transit it was very convenient and pleasant.

I had a great stay at the Narita Excel Tokyu. Check in/out couldn't have been easier. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. The Ladies Room I was allocated was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was excellent - better than my 5* hotel in central Tokyo. Shuttle bus was easy to use and took just 15 minutes to the airport. All in all the ideal stopover hotel.
