Hotel is very conveniently situatred and is a good place to stay after or before a long flight from Narita. Narita itself is quite lovely and the shrine is very awesome.

The Room was of very good quality and the location is what sells this facility. It's very convenient to the two train stations and there are many good places to eat within walking distance. I would stay there again when I have to overnight in Narita.

This hotel has a free shuttle that will pick you up from the airport and bring you back to the airport, unlimited. In Airport Terminal 1-the pick up station is at #16, Airport Terminal 2-the pick up station is #32, you can do a lot of shopping in Airport Terminal 2. Shuttle schedule is every 30 minutes or 1 hour. We used the shuttle to go back to the airport to exchange currency, Narita airport has better exchange currency than the hotel. The distance is not far, just perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect, really close to JR Lines Train Station and Kesei Lines Station and bus station, Mc Donalds, Mister Donuts, am pm store (like 7-11 store), a Dollar Store, lots of food stores everywhere, especially, very close to the Temples (Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and its park), one of the biggest temples in Japan. The main building of the hotel is OK when you walk in the hallways, it has air conditioning, but if your room is in the annex building, the hallways has no air conditioning, and it smells, but the rooms has air condition and it doesn't smell, bed sheets are clean, bathroom is clean and small, it has the tub and the regular toilet(western style). The hotel needs to work on their carpets or change the carpets, stains everywhere even in the rooms, it's not represantable for tourists from another country. We were going to use the swimming pool, but it's not free, you have to pay $10.00 per person, that's expensive and it should be free if you're staying in their hotel. The housekeeping(hotel maids) are very respectfull and helpfull. The room that has 2 beds, it has a lot of room, but the room that has 3 beds, it has no room at all, because they squeezed the 3rd bed (it's a folding bed that they can take it out again to make it a room for 2 beds only.) The regular beds in the room are the size of a double bed in USA, the folding bed is the size of a twin bed. The front lobby and main building of the hotel is very representable, A+, but the annex building of the hotel is C+, like what I said, they need work. The only thing that we didn't like about this hotel is the annex building, dirty, stained carpets and the hallways has bad odor and no air conditioning and we need to pay to go swimming in their pool even we're the guests of the hotel.
