Marroad International Hotel Narita  

Had a wonderful night at the Marroad Hotel. The room was quite large for Japan, and was spotlessly clean. Nice selection of on demand movies, though a lot of it was adult (no complaints from us:-) Were stuck next to a loud group of girls in the next room, and found the walls a little thin, though they could have just been exceptionally loud. Still managed to get a good night sleep. The breakfast was buffet, not bad but definitely a little thin compared to other buffets I have been to in Japan, and didn't taste the best. The staff morale could have done with some work, and we struck a bit of passive-aggressive attitude quite a bit. Still, this is comparing it to Japanese service, which is some of the best in the world. They have a well appointed gym and pool which we were able to use for free, and were even informed we could use it after we had checked out! Overall, great value for money and recommended.
