The least welcoming check-in of all the...
The least welcoming check-in of all the hotels I stayed in during week in Japan but still perfectly polite and efficient. Triple room for family of four - breakfast included for 3 only so one child had to miss it. Technically they were within their rights but I can't help thinking that most hotels would allow an 8 year old to have a slice of toast and a glass of juice. Location couldn't be better. Free wifi in reception. Convenience store just outside. Good price for a triple room given airport location and Japanese hotel prices.

Good for airport travel when going on...
Good for airport travel when going on to another place. Would not be of any use if you wanted to see Osaka itself.

Nikko Hotel was the perfect stop over...
Nikko Hotel was the perfect stop over after arriving in Japan late evening. The price offering for accommodations was excellent, and the room was very nice. The buffet, included in the room, was excellent with a wide variety of food selections. The location was perfect for arriving after a long trip, and very convenient for catching the train the next morning for my final destination.

We were in Osaka awaiting our return...
We were in Osaka awaiting our return flight to the US. This could not have been a more perfect location. We were very tired from a month in Asia and this gave us time to relax, regroup become acquainted with the airport so that departure was very easy. As is always the case the Japanese people are the best. KLobodovsky

The ice dispenser and vendo machine at...
The ice dispenser and vendo machine at every floor is a welcome sight to every traveller. The selection at breakfast is wonderful and definitely, the location of the hotel is very big factor to avoid the hassle of getting out of the airport.

Personnel were extremely polite and helpful. Overall I was very, very pleased with my experience at your hotel. The location was excellent, and I could not have asked for anything more for an airport hotel. I was especially pleased with the helpfulness of your front desk and service personnel.

The hotel was only let down by...
The hotel was only let down by the quality of the breakfast. For a hotel at an international airport the breakfast was geared only for the Japanese. Very very poor and not worth the 2250 yen price per person (although included in the room rate)

Close to train station and airport; breakfast...
Close to train station and airport; breakfast included which was very nice for our traveling. Large lockers also available for all day rental while awaiting flight. choice made to stay here twice; service, ammenities were equally enjoyable.

We booked into this hotel for our...
We booked into this hotel for our last night in Japan. It was chosen as within easy walking distance of the airport even heavily loaded with luggage. The hotel staff were very helpful and efficient, though did try hard to regiment their clients. The room was well appointed and soundproof. We could not hear any noise from the adjacent airport. There were an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. I would recommend this hotel to stay in prior to leaving Japan at Osaka, but it would be too far out of town to use as a permanent base for exploring the country.

I and my wife stay there for...
I and my wife stay there for 2 days. The room is clean and good. We just booked a semiroom; but the room is quite spacious. We are satisfied with the room. The only problem is that the NANKAI airport line (express) close around 2130hrs; so those who return from Namba city cannot stay late. The local NANKAI line closes around 2230hrs but it takes 1hrs to reach the hotel from Namba.
