The room size was alright but the toilet is so small (enough room for one person). The location of the hotel was not ideal as walking to the subway station was far. The checkout experience was lousy as we checked out one day earlier and the hotel specified to check out by 10am. However, we were 15 mins late and the hotel wants to charge us one full day. We were so disgusted and demanded to see the manager whom eventually reduce to a one hour charge which was 1/6 the rate of a full day. We were still angry with their inflexible rules. We will never go back to this hotel.

Clean rooms, a short walk from the station, rooms are comfortable and there is a family mart a block away. The room had a microwave and kettle.
Laundry facilities are available but at a charge.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Its location is not very convenient - you have a long way to the JR stations Shin-Osaka and Osaka. It is located next to a main street and it was very loud even at night.
The room and the towels were not clean. There were holes in the walls and our window could not be closed properly. It was freezing cold in the morning and you could hear the airconditing from our neighbours the whole night. In addition in the bathroom there was mildew in the shower.
At first I had reserved this hotel for another 4 days, but I canceled my reservation and chose another hotel. Although this hotel was very cheap, I would not stay there again.

We had a four person apartment. The room was large and clean, but was not as nice as the pictures on the website. The building was older than in the pictures, but the appliances were quite new. The location was good, close to the castle and the subway. The staff were friendly and helpful. We payed a winter special price so it was good value, but if paying full price I think it might not be worth it. But if you are looking for simple, clean accomodation with kitchen facilities and the price is discounted then I recommend staying here.

1) Before paid staying 12th-16th of November - I did check in 12th Nov., but check out from Weekly Mansion Otemae Hotel 14th of November and hope to get back 2 days money, because it was not comfortable to listen sounds of housebuid process from early morning till 20.00. Other was - may colleges decided to lead me other place - Takarazuka - near Art University.
2) Quite good hotel for students, near - around 50 metres of Tradicional NOGAKU-DO theatre. Possibility to prepare simply food, polite staffs. Of course - I'll advice this hotel my students, when thei go to keep examens. Br.B.Krumina
