Is a good choice for those who is looking for a reasonable price for hotel. The location is considerable good, about 7 minutes walk from the subway station. The condition of the room is also pleasant though is a bit small. The only problem is no wi-fi access at all. It would be best if the hotel can upgrade this basic facilities for the benefits of their guests.

Very nice hotel if u compared wz the price
The room was very clean and modern, location is a bit far from the subway, especially after an exhausted sight seeing day, u would really hope that the hotel is just next to the subway exit. However it wasn't too bad, only 5-7 mins walk will arrive there.
Lot of convenience stores nearby, pity there's no micro-wave in the room, otherwise could save lots of money for those who has budget and wanna heat up the foods from Lawson or 7-11.
The neighborhood is quiet, clean and few nice restaurant surrounded. I would definitely recommend this hotel since it's cheap, clean and not too far (10 mins by subway) to namba and shinzaibashi.

Within walking distance to JR train and subway station.
Takes about 15 - 20 minutes to walk to tha stations. Hard to find as the sign of the hotel is small. Pleanty of restaurants around the area.
Exactly what we were hoping for; prompt and friendly service, clean, modern facilities, comfortable room for a reasonable price in the centre of town.

The rooms are spotlessly clean. Finding the hotel proved to be quite a challenge. Follow directions on AsiaRooms map closely.
This is very nice clean and quiet hotel. Not so far to subway station so good location.
missing items
This is a great location and staff seems very friendly. They understood English and helped us if we had any questions about Osaka.
We did notice a few things going missing from our rooms , however. A pair of earrings here and there and a few other small personal items. At the time, we thought that they must have been misplaced amongst all of our luggage. After returning home, we see that they are gone.
