It is near the hankyu railway and maybe abit noisy. But still not too bad. have stayed in a twin room. Enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Near to subway (3 mins walk), and railway if travellers are planning to travel between Kobe and Kyoto.
Hotel Claiton
The rooms were clean and the service was good. A little small but it was fairly cheap. No free breakfast but free onsen!
Great staff
Small room but nothing unusual for Japan. The onsen hours seemed to favor make guests, its one onsen but different times. Never managed to make it as all the times I was back at the hotel, it was male times.
