You need to adjust your expectation.
The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the Osaka station so it's more suitable for travellers with light luggage. Can be a bit challenging to find the hotel as it is not located along the main street. It's a small hotel so not all locals know the location of the hotel (we got lost when trying to look for the hotel). Price is reasonable considering the location. Room and toilet is small (imagine Japanese size!). Carpet is dry (with stain) but they provide in-room slipper (recycle). Internert connection keeps breaking down so it can be annoying if you are trying to access your emails. If you like privacy, choose rooms with bathroom. The common bathroom have restricted hours (different time loocation for man and lady usage) so if you are on tight schedule, it can cause a bit of inconvenience.
